Original Markets launched as a platform to highlight small businesses, venues, and the individuals moving the open market culture forward. Our primary goal is providing support to small business owners by creating opportunities for emerging entrepreneurs to reach customers on a larger scale.
Our curated markets have a combination of vendors selling: vintage clothing and goods, upcycled clothing and objects, art, jewelry, vinyl, home goods, plants and more.
Megan Fehling
CEO & Founder
Original Markets LLC was founded by Megan Fehling, a graduate of Berklee College of Music. After seeing the drastic effects the pandemic had on small businesses, Megan launched Original Markets as a means to support her community. She enjoys art, music, and (of course) fashion! Megan is currently pursuing a Masters degree at Emerson College in their Business of Creative Enterprises program. She hopes her MBA can teach her valuable skills that will influence her work with Original Markets.
I enjoy thinking of creative ways to make an impact and challenge consumers to shop small and sustainably. Small businesses are a big part of what makes a community thrive, and I am passionate about creating events that can make people engage in something bigger than themselves.
